From the Town of Camden and the Camden Police Department:
A reminder to float and dock owners in Camden bodies of water. The use of unencapsulated polystyrene on floats and docks is prohibited per Town Code. If you have a dock or float that is not in compliance we ask that you please remove it immediately. Float and dock owners were given till the end of 2022 to come into compliance. The Select Board also extended that deadline through the winter of 2023. Enforcement for floats and docks not in compliance will begin as of May 1, 2023. We would rather not have to use enforcement action.
