This annual celebration of Camden's rich maritime history takes place Friday and Saturday of Labor Day weekend. The Windjammer Fleet gathers in Camden Harbor Friday afternoon followed by live music and then a full day of fun Saturday. Enjoy local artists, maritime exhibitors, food vendors, children's activities, live music, lobster crate race and more! Your port of call for an unforgettable Labor Day Weekend.

2-4 p.m. – Windjammers Arrive in Camden Harbor

4 p.m. — Camden Walking Tour (@ Camden Library Children's Garden) 

5 p.m. — Formal Welcome to the Fleet (@Harbormaster Office)

5 p.m. — Bay Winds North Ensemble (@Music Stage)

7:15 p.m. — Schooner Bum Talent Show (@Music Stage)

7:30 p.m. — An Evening with Tom Rush (@Camden Opera House)

♦ Vendor Information ♦

We have filled all available vendor spaces for the 2026 festival. If you are interested in being on the waitlist or want to receive notifications for future opportunites please email: info@camdenparksandrec.com.

  • Event Hours Friday, Sep. 4, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, Sep. 5, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Vendors must remain fully operational and set up until the event officially closes, unless a CWF team member instructs otherwise. Vendors may begin setting up starting at 1pm Thursday, Sep. 3 and must be completely broken down by Sunday, Sep. 6 at 12pm. 
  • No-Show Policy Failure to attend or last-minute cancellations without informing us in advance may result in removal from future events and will forfeit any paid vendor fees. 
  • Cancelation Policy No refunds or credits will be issued unless the event is cancelled by Camden Parks and Rec. A 50% refund is available if the Vendor notifies Camden Parks and Rec of cancellation at least 30 days before the event.
  • Fees $225 for a space measuring 10' x 10', or $450 for a space measuring 10' x 20'. Do NOT send payment at this time. No payment is required upon submittal of this form. You will be invoiced via email once approved. Vendor fees must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received within 15 days, your space may be reassigned to another vendor.
  • Insurance Requirements Vendors must carry General Liability insurance coverage of at least $400,000. Once approved a Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be submitted within 15 days of invoice date naming The Town of Camden as additional insured in certificate holder section.

Sep. 4 and 5 we need all hands on deck to help us put on this special community event. Work with great people and celebrate what makes Camden special! Volunteers will receive a free t-shirt when they sign up for a three-hour shift. Shifts include:

  • Info Booth
  • Main Gate Attendant
  • Captain Kid’s Area
  • Crate Race Timer
  • Schooner Tour
