Spring - Summer - Fall
Ragged Mountain Recreation Area, home of the Camden Snow Bowl and Parks and Recreation Department offices, provides space for a bevy of outdoor activities. From mountain biking and hiking to tennis, a sports field and a small-boat launch into Hosmer Pond, Ragged Mountain is a great place for family fun and outdoor recreation at your own pace.
The Snow Bowl Lodge offers a great location for spring, summer and fall wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners, company picnics, small meetings, etc.
The lodge can handle approximately 100 people seated, with room for dancing and other activities. With the awning in place over a large deck, another 50 to 60 people can be seated comfortably outside.
This place is a gem. I wasn’t sure what to expect by way of hiking trails on the mountain but it exceeded my expectations. We hiked here for six days straight and there are many trails that we didn’t have time to explore. I wish I had a mountain bike because the single track was awesome. Looking forward to returning and exploring the bits we missed. — Bruce P.
